In the case of adding extra hours other than the prescribed hours, a concerned company can conduct extended hours' work, please come to the Secretariat Office onsite by 2:00 pm on the same day and prepare, sign and submit the After Hours Usage Application Form (available in the Secretariat Office), after checking various expenses (after hours exhibition space usage expense, security guard expense and electricity expense).

¨è

The extended work hours shall be to midnight during the installation period, and during the exhibition and removal period, the hours shall be to 10:00 pm.


Basic Structure of the Booth   
 

The basic booth(s) is an open space structure in principle. The dimensions of the booth(s) is 3.0m¡¿3.0m (9.0§³) as a basic unit. The booth(s) shall be arranged in 1~5 rows.

 
Regulations on Installation   
¨ç

Facility installation can be conducted only within the booth(s). The bordering height with each exhibitor is 2.4m in principle. When exceeding this, a concerned company should consult with the Secretariat in advance and get permission, based on installation regulations, to extend it up to 4.8m.

¨è

The Secretariat shall restrict those companies not obtaining permission or disturbing other companies by deviating from the regulated range. And, ultimately, the power to the concerned company may be cut off under the name of the entire participating companies.

¨é

The condition to raise more than 2.4m of the partition wall or other installation within the range as not to disturb other companies, any installation can be conducted in the space at least 2m away from the nearest installation of other companies. Also, the height of 4.8m can be installed in only the oblique lined part.

¨ê

The wall bordering the passage shall be restricted in terms of the installation. If necessary, installation shall be possible after gaining permission from the Secretariat.

 

¡Ø Conditions of permission
The corner part should be spaced at 2m or higher height.
The wall may not exceed 1/2 of the entire length.
The wall height may not exceed 2.4m.
(however, if the surrounding companies allow it, it will be an exception).

 

 

 

¨ë

Any type of installation may not be attached to or may not lean against the existing facilities (ceiling and walls). Also, around the passage, any products or installation may not be displayed.

¨ì

Ceiling and tower facility
With a characteristic of exhibits (movie theater installation or so on), when setting up a ceiling (area of 9§³ or more), automatic fire sprinklers will be set up in the center of the ceiling, pursuant to the COEX Fire Service Act.  Also, on the floor, fire extinguishers will be made available.  The ceiling above the top of the tower should also be open.

¨í

All fire prevention treated and nonflammable materials should be used.  All materials for lighting screens, backdrop or blackout curtains should also be prepared for fire prevention.

¨î

Restriction of light
The high-pressured neon, beam lights, search lights and mirror balls for decoration should be installed as not to disturb other companies.

¨ï

The electricity for lighting will be 220 volts(60 cycle).

¨ð

Any registered firms chosen by the Secretariat should be used for space decoration and facilities in terms of management of the exhibition, if possible (This will be announced at the working-level meeting). When a firm is a non-chosen one by the Secretariat, a concerned company should choose the decorating firm or so among the COEX designated companies.

¨ñ

The Secretariat receives any installation construction application to emphasize short-term completion.  Other than packaged booth construction, any participating company that requests a decoration-related job to a firm should urge it to prepare a drawing for inspection by COEX by Avg. 13, 2007

¨ò

Two-story building is allowed after get the permission from the authorities. However, it can not be more than 4.8 meters in hight from the floor level. If an exhibitor plans to build a two-story building, the company must report it to the secretariat. If need, consult with the secretariat.

 
No Permission of Self-construction   

 

After the exhibitor reports its own construction in general, there are some occasions that disputes arise, due to firms other than COEX- registered companies suspending given jobs. Therefore, when certain companies inevitably have to choose non-designated firms, the concerned exhibitors should attain approval statements from the Secretariat Office of PRINKOR 2007 and COEX by Avg. 13, 2007.

 
Packaged Plan/Shell sheme   
¨ç

 We have packaged booth(s) for convenience and effective exhibition; therefore, exhibition is possible when an exhibitor brings in their products to be exhibited.

¨è

There are packaged booth(s) in which the Secretariat conducts the construction for the requested booths with the requesting companies paying the expenses (restricted to 1 ~ 6 booths). 

¨é

 You can apply to the above-mentioned construction by filling out Form-4 by July. 13, 2007.

¨ê

The construction for packaged booth(s) is divided into the basic plan and additional orders.  Please refer to Form-4.

¨ë

Internal installation such as display stands should be produced or rented in advance, so that all is required is installation.

¨ì

The company name is produced in a sheet type of plate.  Also, please contact the Secretariat for other inquiries including additional furniture.  

¨í

Except for company name and floor carpet, all items are rented ones.
