Purpose  
¨ç

The purpose of these regulations is to provide general terms and conditions for the Exhibitor of PRINKOR 2005 Exhibition, 3rd Korea International Speciality & Digital Printing Industry Show", held at Convention & Exhibition Center (COEX) as to contribute to the efficient operation and management of the exhibition hall and equipment.

 

Definitions  

The definitions of terms used in these regulations are as follows:

¨ç

"Organizer"shall mean the organizing committee of PRINKOR 2005.

¨è

"Exhibitor"shall mean the organization and the company participating in the PRINKOR 2005 Exhibition, which has made a full payment of the participation fee.


Scope of Use  
¨ç

The Exhibitor, using facilities and services in the exhibition hall, shall follow the regulations carefully set by the Organizer.

 

Condition of Use  
¨ç

The Exhibitor shall receive an authorization from the Organizer by making a full payment of the booth(s) fee.

¨è

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the operation and management of the booth(s).

¨é

The Exhibitor shall comply with the regulations for management of exhibition hall and equipment.

 

Allotment of Space  
¨ç

The Secretariat will decide on the location of stands and inform the exhibitors.

¨è

An exhibit is not allowed to transfer the allotted space wholly or partially free of charge nor to lease it to a third party or not to exchange it with another exhibitor.

 

Responsibility for Management of Exhibition Halls and Goods  
¨ç

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for maintenance and management of goods exhibited.

¨è

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for insuring goods exhibited against theft, breakage, fire or other accident.

 

Cancellation, Rescission and Invalidation of Contract  
¨ç

After a contract is signed, neither cancellation nor rescission will be allowed.

¨è

In case of cancellation after making a contract, the rent for stands will not be refunded and the stand rental shall be payable in full together with the costs actually incurred.

 

Restriction On Installing  
¨ç

No equipment or exhibition goods may be left on the aisles that might obstruct an emergency evacuation.

¨è

No exhibition booth(s) or incidental facilities may be installed at an emergency exit or in front
of a machinery-housing room, a warehouse, a fire hydrant, loading dock or a restroom.

¨é

Exhibition booth(s) shall stand 30cm from the wall of the existing facilities and from the partition and shall not be fixed to the existing facilities.

¨ê

No drilling or nailing shall be used on the floor in any case.

¨ë

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for following all matters concerning handling of dangerous goods; Fire Prevention Law and Decree, the High Pressure Gas Safety Control Law and other laws relating to handling of dangerous goods.

 

Ceiling And Height Limitations On Exhibition Stands  
¨ç

No exhibition goods or advertising materials shall be affixed to the ceiling.

¨è

Exhibition booth(s) and exhibition good(s) shall not be higher than 4.8 meters from floor level of the exhibition hall.

 

Restrictions On Sound  
¨ç

The Exhibitor shall not exceed the sound restriction (80db) of A/V equipment set by the Organizer.

 

Smoking  
¨ç

No smoking is allowed in the exhibition hall.

 

Other Regulations  
¨ç

The Organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations, which shall be followed by the Exhibitor.
